From the world of Dauphinette comes Meyfleur, an extraordinary collection merging the worlds of design, vintage, and designer vintage into one of New York's most exciting new retail concepts. Curated by Dauphinette designer Olivia Cheng, each piece-- whether it be 1980s crystal clip earrings or a vintage Chanel tweed duster-- contributes a page to the metaphorical "book" investigating how people really dress. A mix of high and low, vintage and contemporary, the Meyfleur experience is meant to enhance the wearer's sense of individuality to the highest degree, while emphasizing Dauphinette's roots as an upcycled clothing brand.
A note from Olivia:
Meyfleur is a name very dear to me. As a child, it was my "second identity." Like an alter ego, it was also the name my parents had almost chosen for me. For me, it was the version of myself that I found most promising, enchanting, splendid, outgoing... It seemed most fitting to pass my own second identity onto the first great love of my life, Dauphinette.
