VINTAGE COMPONENTS

Many of our pieces include vintage and antique components. Great care is taken when curating and mending. Time period will be indicated on product pages whenever it is known. Idiosyncrasies (signs of aging, fading, and visible mending) are part of the garment's story. These should not be considered flaws.

COMMUNICATIONS

Please ensure that you enter an active email address or phone number at checkout so that you may receive order updates. We send notifications when your order has shipped, and a member of our team may also reach out if we have a question about your order.  We do not sell or share your personal information with any third-parties.
If you have a question about your order, please email us at info@dauphinette.com and include your order number in the subject line. Please allow 2-3 business days for response to all inquiries.

SIZING

Our one-of-a-kind styles do not follow a standard sizing chart. Please refer to individual product pages for information and measurements.
Styles produced in full size runs will have sizing charts linked via product page.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 3 business days from New York City. Exceptions (such as pre-orders) will be noted on each product page. Please email info@meyfleur.com if you need your item sent by a certain date, and we will do our best to accommodate. You will receive an automatic email when your order ships. Please make sure to enter your email address at checkout!
USA Shipping
We offer US shipping via USPS or UPS. 
For US orders under $250, standard shipping is $7.95. Free domestic standard shipping on all orders above $250. Express shipping is available at an added cost, calculated automatically at checkout.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally!
For international jewelry orders, we offer an economy option at $14.95 through USPS International First Class Mail (7-21 business days), and includes up to $100 insurance through Shipsurance. 
For express jewelry shipping and all other international orders below $500, we offer a discounted Flat Rate shipping for $34.95 through either UPS or DHL. Additional rates may be available at checkout, which will be calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel.
International customers are responsible for paying any import duties.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. We do not refund for packages lost or held in transit.  
Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.
If a parcel is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your home, with neighbors, and with your local post office.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or other shipping-related issue, please email us with your order number in the subject line to arrange a re-shipment. The customer is responsible for all re-shipping + handling costs + any added customs fees.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer returns at this time. 
For domestic orders, we accept returns for store credit initiated within 7 days of order delivery. Please email info@meyfleur.com with the subject "[Your Order #] Exchange Request" to arrange an exchange.  The client is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related import fees/taxes. All exchanges are final.
For international clients, no exchanges or returns are available at this time.  
Merchandise submitted for exchange/store credit must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements for exchange. 
After 7 days of the shipment delivery date, all sales are final and we are not able to modify orders under any circumstances. 
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you would like to make an item substitution for a non-shipped order, please email us within two hours at info@dauphinette.com with subject "[Your Order #] Item Substitution." If you would like to receive site credit for the amount of your order, please email us within two hours of order placement with subject "[Your Order #] Merchandise Credit Substitution." If your order has already shipped, we are not able to make any changes or substitutions. 

PRE-ORDER

100% deposit is required to reserve your pre-order. Shipping timelines are noted on each product page, and may be subject to change. We will ship upon availability. Once shipped, pre-ordered styles are subject to the same return/exchange policy as outlined above.

Please note that all pre-orders are subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.
